Our pet ID tags are made out of durable aluminum metal. We use a process called sublimation to infuse the ink directly onto the tag.  

We offer two different sizes, Large (1.25" diameter) and Small (1" diameter). The small size is generally recommended for pets less than 20 pounds.  

We ship all of our tags via Canada Post letter mail.
Buy 2 or more pet tags and receive free shipping automatically. If purchasing just one tag the cost is $2.50.  

We ship out our orders within 3 business days. Our tags are shipped via Canada Post letter mail from Lake Country, BC. It generally takes about 4-7 business days to arrive depending on your location.  

Our tags are custom made specifically for you, so we generally do not accept returns. However, if we made an error of some kind we are happy to send out a replacement right away.
