Yes, all of our products are made in Canada.  Our tags are handcrafted in Lake Country, BC.  Our photo socks are purchased from China and then printed on in Lake Country, BC as well.

We offer two different sizes, Large (1.25" diameter) and Small (1" diameter). The small size is generally recommended for pets less than 20 pounds.  

We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on all of our products.  We ship via Canada Post letter mail. 

We ship out our orders within 3 business days. Our tags are shipped via Canada Post letter mail from Lake Country, BC. It generally takes about 4-7 business days to arrive depending on your location.  

Our tags are custom made specifically for you, so we generally do not accept returns. However, if we made an error of some kind we are happy to send out a replacement right away.  

Our pet ID tags are made out of durable aluminum metal with a special polymer coating.  Giving you a beautiful, durable tag.  We use a process called sublimation to infuse the ink directly onto the tag.
