I ordered the tag and it came in a nice package that showed the front of the tag. The back of the tag must have had the last peoples names who ordered from this company (wasn’t our names or phone numbers or what we ordered). I sent them a message explaining the mistake yesterday morning and haven’t heard back. Today I get a message asking for a review. I feel bad as they’ve only had 48 hours to respond but it’s strange that rather than a response, they send a request for a review. Honestly if the tag had had what we ordered on it, it would have been 5/5.
