Strong and durable double sided pet id tag. This product comes with up to 4 lines of personalized text on the back with a (recommended) max of 20 characters on each line. Each pet tag also comes with a metal split ring to attach your tag to your pet's collar. Please follow the instructions below to place your order:
Enter your pet's name, your phone number/address to be included on the back of the tag
Enter any additional information for the back of the tag/special instructions (eg: medical conditions, vet info)
Choose Size: Large or Small (small is for pets less than 20 pounds)
Enter any custom requests you may have - specific colours, designs, layouts. We are happy to provide a proof if requested as well
